You've probably heard that what gets measured gets managed. Research shows that goals don't work unless you're reviewing and measuring progress against them regularly. These aren't New Year's resolutions. Make sure that you and your people don't just set them once and then forget about them.

You want to track progress regularly and publicly within your organization because public goals are more likely to be attained than private ones. This helps to drive accountability and action. First step go into 15Five and add your OKRs. We encourage you as a manager to set goals with your people and have them put them into 15 five.

So you can see the progress that they're making week over week. Then when they complete their check in, they can be reminded of those goals and priorities and be prompted to share about progress or any roadblocks along the way. You can also ask OKRs specific questions in your one on ones or your team meetings. Reviewing objectives is crucial for the achievement of them, so make sure that there is space to discuss OKRs on both an individual and a team level.
